A short, funky cyber-kilt (or extra wide belt). This skirt can be worn over pants, hot pants or even another skirt. Made in heavy black denim fabric with skull print lining on the inside. Wide vinyl or velvet trim with large grommets at waistband and bottom hem. Double d-ring tape, like fringe, hangs from the bottom. Fastens in front with two large metal d-rings and clasps. Awesome!
